APPEARING AT: FESTIVAL VILLAGE 'CAMPFIRE KITCHEN'
Paul Iskov rose to prominence in WA and beyond as a respectful proponent of native ingredients; setting up his restaurant, Fervor, for a couple of nights at a time, everywhere from outback stations to urban distilleries. With Fervor his aim was to provide a culinary experience you connot get anywhere else. Harnessing locally sourced native produce and sharing it with diners at unique locations across WA. Sell out dining tours that span the State are now standard for Paul and his nomadic team.
An outstanding kitchen backstory of travel and discovery underpins Paul's vision, with experience in acclaimed kitchens around the world, including Vue De Monde (Melbourne), Restaurant Amuse (Perth), D.O.M (Sao Paulo), COI (San Francisco), Pujol (Mexico City) and Noma (Copenhagen). He has a great love and respect for the land and endeavours to portray this through his food, locations, dedication and passion.
