Hosted by Australian Gourmet Traveller's, Max Veenhuyzen, the Chef's Cabin Series is a unique chance to gather around the kitchen bench with world class culinary talent.
Mark Best is one of Australia’s most awarded chefs. His restaurant Marque was one of the San Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants and held 3 Hats for 10 years.
Gather fireside around his kitchen bench, wine glass in hand as Mark prepares prepares a trio of dishes showcasing local produce and truffle and utilising restaurant technique that you can recreate at home. Be inspired by her world of experience, fresh black truffles, wine and local produce. Taste ingredients along the way, learn about Southern Forests wine and produce, chat to Max and Mark and enjoy a tasting portion of each dish.
