Hosted by Australian Gourmet Traveller's Max Veenhuyzen, the Chef's Cabin Series is a unique chance to gather around the kitchen bench with world-class culinary talent.
With a wine glass in hand, learn from Pete as he prepares a trio of dishes showcasing local produce and fresh Manjimup black truffle utilising techniques that you can replicate at home. Be inspired by his world of experience as you chat away with Max and Pete, enjoying a tasting portion of each dish.
One of Australia’s most recognisable chefs, Pete Evans is a restaurateur, author of 20 books on healthy cooking and lifestyle, and is a television presenter, including a judge on hit TV show MKR. His passion for food and a healthy lifestyle inspires individuals and families around the world and he is looking forward to showcasing the exceptional Southern Forests produce and sharing a few laughs.
