Be inspired by renowned West Australian chef Russell Blaikie in the festival's most intimate food, wine and masterclass experience. Hosted by Australian Gourmet Traveller’s Max Veenhuyzen, the Chef's Cabin Series is a unique chance to gather around the kitchen bench with world class culinary talent.
Award-winning and classically trained at London’s two Michelin starred Terrace Restaurant at the Dorchester Hotel, Russell’s food at Must Winebar is a nod to his obsession with French Bistro food and has also been influenced by his travels through France, Spain, Portugal and Italy.
Around Russell’s kitchen bench, wine glass in hand, watch a master at work as he prepares a trio of dishes showcasing local produce and Manjimup black truffle with tried and tested techniques you can replicate at home. Enjoy a tasting portion of each dish over flowing conversation with Max and Russell. Be inspired by Russell’s extensive experience, the aroma of fresh black truffles, wine and local produce.
