Truffle Hunting with Chef & Truffle Grower, David Coomer
22 to 24 June 2018
HUNT DATES: FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY
Join West Australian chef and truffle grower David Coomer at his Manjimup trufferie. Join David and his truffle hounds as you go hunting for truffle.
David shares his passion for the Southern Forests, taking you on a truffle hunt at his Manjimup trufferie. Inhale the intoxicating aroma of freshly unearthed truffle, ask a chef's advice on how to cook with it and be inspired by David's journey establishing his trufferie and farm in the Southern Forests. Includes a light fresh truffle snack.
Please be five minutes early as the bus / HUNT will leave exactly on time.
