Guy Grossi's Feast and Fire Opening Night Long Table Dinner

Guy Grossi presents a long table feast for the senses; the ultimate kick off to festival weekend and the start of Australian truffle season.
Inspired by the Osterias of Rome, Guy will take his cues from his soon to open Perth restaurant, Garum. An Italian feast which takes the best of Southern Forests seasonal produce, beautiful wine, and fresh black truffle.
Special Guest MC Anna Gare, is no stranger to the region. Join us as she introduces truffle growers and chats to Guy about what makes Manjimup black truffle so special. There's no better place to enjoy the start of your Truffle Kerfuffle weekend.
GROUP BOOKINGS: Please make your booking in one go so we can seat you together. Seating is set in advance.
WEATHER: The event is undercover in a heated marquee / permanent building combined with an open air grassed area for gathering by the fire.
