A seasonal truffle dinner to evoke all that is special about the Southern Forests and its seasonal winter star: black truffle.
Sophie Zalokar is a name that's synonymous with the Southern Forests region and its producers. With her team, Sophie will serve up a 4 course long table dinner that draws on the evocative qualities of this beguiling ingredient and the best of seasonal Genuinely Southern Forests produce.
This meal is $150 per person, with BYO (bring your own) drinks. Why not pick up a Southern Forests wine in the Festival Village to go with your meal? Sophie suggests a sparkling white, Marsanne Rousanne or Pinot Noir.
