Santini’s Nic Wood and Melissa Palinkas from Young George team up to create a generous warm and welcoming Italian-inspired feast with rich and hearty dishes.
Shining on the plate will be the best farmed and foraged ingredients of the Southern Forests region, with the chefs allowing the incredible flavours of the produce to speak for themselves. This is a candle lit celebration of the things we love most: good food, truffles, wine and fine conversation. The menu will be a decadent tribute to the Manjimup truffle, supplied exclusively for this event by Australian Truffle Traders and The Truffle & Wine Co, harvested minutes from Fonty’s Pool.
