Marianne Lumb is chef-owner of Marianne, one of London’s most intimate restaurants; named Harden’s Top Gastronomic Experience 2018 and No.19 in The Sunday Times UK Top 100 Restaurants. Marianne loves using Manjimup truffle on her London menu with it landing in her kitchen within 48 hours of harvest. Now she heads to Manjimup to discover the terroir from which her beloved truffles come.
Gather fireside around her kitchen bench, wine glass in hand as Marianne prepares prepares a trio of dishes showcasing local produce and truffle and utilising restaurant technique that you can recreate at home. Be inspired by her world of experience, fresh black truffles, wine and local produce. Taste ingredients along the way, learn about Southern Forests wine and produce, chat to Max and Marianne and enjoy a tasting portion of each dish.
