Be inspired by 'Michelin Moments' with Bruno Loubet  (previously Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, Grain Store and Bistro Bruno Loubet, UK) in the festival's most intimate food, wine & masterclass experience. Hosted by Australian Gourmet Traveller's, Max Veenhuyzen,  the Chef's Cabin Series is a unique chance to gather around the kitchen bench with world class culinary talent.

Bruno Loubet's career is nothing short of stellar.  He trained under legendary Pierre Koffmann at La Tante Claire in London (3 Michelin stars), was Head Chef under Raymond Blanc OBE at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons (2 Michelin stars), before earning a star in his first year at Four Seasons, Inn on the Park and heading up two of London’s top eateries, Bistrot Bruno Loubet and Grain Store. He has recently relocated to Australia to establish a rural cooking school in Queensland.

Gather fireside around his kitchen bench, wine glass in hand as Bruno prepares prepares a trio of dishes showcasing local produce and truffle and utilising Michelin quality technique that you can recreate at home. Be inspired by his world of experience, fresh black truffles, wine and local produce. Taste ingredients along the way, learn about Southern Forests wine and produce, chat to Max and Bruno and enjoy a tasting portion of each dish.
