The Southern Forests Barbeque Lunch will be an eclectic truffle feast for the senses as Amy Hamilton (Liberte) draws on influences of the Southern Forests, Asia and beyond to give us her take on barbeque. Be warned, you'll need your napkin!
Host, Max Veenhuyzen (Broadsheet Perth / Australian Gourmet Traveller) will be on the mic, chatting to Amy and some of our local producers and winemakers. The three course menu will be a sociable feast of seasonal produce and freshly unearthed truffle, locally made wine, cider and juices.
Your ticket includes an all weekend access pass to the Festival Village so you're free to enjoy the weekends activities, both before lunch and for the rest of the weekend. Wine tasting glass and festival tote bag included.
