Celebrated chef Paul Iskov of Fervor joins Lucinda Giblett, of Stellar Violets for an innovative afternoon to remember. This 8 course degustation lunch fuses the native flavours that Paul is famous for, with fresh ingredients from the Stellar Violets garden and nearby Genuinely Southern Forests farms.
Dining in a vintage train carriage overlooking the Stellar Violets gardens you will be amongst the first to preview this nascent cultural centre founded by Lucinda. Growing up amongst the Newton Brothers orchards Lucinda founded Stellar Violets as a way to reconnect people to the land and food provenance.
An innovative afternoon awaits; truffle-infused memories of which will keep you warm all winter long.
Hosted by Lucinda Giblett, Founder, Stellar Violets (Life Library, Living Museum and Gallery).
