Unearthing a truffle, inhaling the deep, earthy, pungent aroma is a magical experience. Join expert hunter Fabio and his hound on a hunt through the beautiful Oak Valley Truffle orchards to unearth fresh black truffle and learn more about how they are formed.
Amidst the oak and hazelnut trees discover how truffles are formed, and how the highly trained dogs manage to find them without devouring their discovery. Witness hunter Fabio and his trained truffle dog detect only those truffles that are at peak ripeness and hear about what makes the Southern Forests so special for black truffles.
Please be five minutes early as the bus / HUNT will leave exactly on time.
