Sam Aisbett of Michelin starred Whitegrass (Singapore) imagines, A Winter's Night.
A generous, candle lit celebration of the things we love most: good food, truffles, wine and fine conversation. The menu will be a decadent tribute to the Manjimup truffle harvested minutes from Fonty’s Pool at The Truffle & Wine Co. Experience black truffle at its freshest, at the hand of a Michelin starred chef.
Sam Aisbett's interpretation of modern Australian fare at Whitegrass has won plaudits, including being awarded a Michelin star in 2017. Previously Head Chef at Quay restaurant in Sydney and Senior Sous Chef at Tetsuya’s, Sam’s culinary journey started in his families butchery business, where he developed an inherent love for food and a respect for those who produce it.
GROUP BOOKINGS: Please make your booking in one go so we can seat you together. Seating is set in advance.
WEATHER: The event is undercover in a heated marquee / permanent building combined with an open air grassed area for gathering by the fire.

Lots of nuts are used at Truffle Kerfuffle (truffles form in the ground off hazelnut and oak trees).
