Held at a secret location within the stunning Manjimup landscape [hint: there will be truffles present...] Fervor are back with their famed degustation pop-up!

With a focus on native, foraged and local foods, Paul Iskov and the team prepare each of the 4 courses in front of you, theatre style, creating a very intimate and exciting food conversation and dining experience.

Each course will be matched with a Southern Forests wine.

A How-To Truffle Farming Session

Fancy growing your own truffles? Dion Rangé is holding a free open day at Stonebarn for anyone interested in establishing a truffle farm. Join Dion for an informal discussion about establishing a truffle orchard. Take a tour around the orchard and observe the dogs in action hunting truffles then regroup for a casual Q & A session.

Enjoy a truffle-laden feast showcasing luxe earthly delights by Truffle Hill, alongside the very best seasonal produce our state has to offer, as award-winning chef Melissa Palinkas and local food hero Deb Sillaots present Tartufo di Madre Terra at Sööma Restaurant.

Matched with wines by Picardy, Lillian and more from the region, this intimate dinner is one you can't miss!

Unearth the Southern Forests

Enjoy a beyond-the-farmgate winter experience including an exclusive truffle hunt with Silverwood Truffles and their faithful hound on their picturesque property overlooking the Middlesex Valley, followed by a unique wine tasting experience like no other!

Pemberley of Pemberton will warmly welcome you around the table to enjoy a vertical tasting of some of their very special vintages and award-winning wines, and all topped off with an exquisite grazing experience of local winter-warming Genuinely Southern Forests produce, from delectable truffles to buttery kiplers and fresh marron. Truffle & Spice & All Things Nice

Relax and unwind in the late afternoon glow amongst the Pemberton forests with an organic wine matching paired with tantalising truffle-infused tasters, followed by a truly truffle-tastic three-course 'food journey' at a Pemberton icon all topped off with a tipple of local truffle liqueur.

RAC Lunch Amongst the Karris with Gord Kahle

Date: Saturday 26th June // Time: 12pm - 3pm // SOLD OUT

Come on an adventure with Gord Kahle, Rick Arden and Truffle Hill for lunch at the RAC Karri Valley Resort. The menu will be a tribute to the Manjimup truffle harvested minutes from Fonty’s Pool at Truffle Hill. Experience black truffle at its freshest. The set menu includes 3 courses with matched wines by Director of Wine at the State Buildings, Emma Farrelly.

Jaspers Whisky Wine & Truffles

Jaspers in Pemberton has teamed up with Truffle Hill, Sue Lewis Chocolatier, Pemberley of Pemberton and Below & Above Wine, to present an incredible five-course menu that showcases the finest regional ingredients paired with whisky, wine, chocolate and of course, truffles!

Underground at Batista Estate

Batista Estate has a reputation for the exceptional, from wine, to produce, to the man behind it all. Immerse yourself in an afternoon and evening of intimate conversations and traditional Italian culinary experiences with generational wine maker Bob Peruch.

Witness the art of traditional sausage making. Be treated to a smorgasbord of delicious farm grown and locally made antipasto. Taste some of the region’s best and exclusive wine, then as the afternoon turns to night, enjoy traditional wood-fired pizza and revel in the unforgettable company.
