Fervor Lunch

Date: Friday 25th June // Time: 11.30am - 3pm // Cost: $150 per person

Held at a secret location within the stunning Manjimup landscape [hint: there will be truffles present...] Fervor are back with their famed degustation pop-up!

With a focus on native, foraged and local foods, Paul Iskov and the team prepare each of the 4 courses in front of you, theatre style, creating a very intimate and exciting food conversation and dining experience.

Each course will be matched with a Southern Forests wine.

Lunch Amongst the Karri's

Date: Saturday 26th June // Time: 12.30pm - 3pm // Cost: $195 per person

Come on an adventure with for a long table lunch at the iconic RAC Karri Valley Resort.

The menu will be a tribute to the Manjimup truffle harvested minutes from Fonty’s Pool at The Truffle & Wine Co. Experience black truffle at its freshest. Each course will come with a stunning wine pairing.


Underground at Batista Estate

Date: Friday 25th June // Time: 1.30pm - 8.30pm //Cost: $205 per person

Batista Estate has a reputation for the exceptional, from wine, to produce, to the man behind it all. Immerse yourself in an afternoon and evening of intimate conversations and traditional Italian culinary experiences with generational wine maker Bob Peruch.

Witness the art of traditional sausage making. Be treated to a smorgasbord of delicious farm grown and locally made antipasto. Taste some of the region’s best and exclusive wine, then as the afternoon turns to night, enjoy traditional wood-fired pizza and revel in the unforgettable company.
