APPEARING AT: Chef’s Cabin Brunch in Common
Chris Eales has come a long from studying Law and Politics at University in the UK. Disillusioned with his studies, Eales found himself a job at a small brasserie in Reading on the outskirts of London just learning how to cook good food. After working with chef Andrew Hill at The Half Moon in Oxfordshire, Chris was inspired breaking down whole animals and using garden vegetables. A stint at a Two-Michelin Star restaurant followed where Chris learned modern techniques in a much larger team. In 2014, he relocated to Western Australia and became Head Chef in November that year. Since January 2019, Chris has taken over from Scott Brannigan as executive chef.
