Aaron, has been building a reputation for modern Australian flavours at his Yarri restaurant in Dunsborough since 2018. With Yarri he was keen to bring something different and unique to Australia and the South West which prompted his interest in native ingredients not available in traditional European cooking.

You're in good hands with Yarri’s Aaron Carr and Manuka’s Kenny McHardy. The ultimate way to way to kick off a day in the Festival Village, the menu will be brimming with seasonal Southern Forests produce, freshly unearthed truffle, sparkling wine and locally made juices.
Your ticket allows access to the Festival Village all weekend so once breakfast is done, you're free to enjoy the weekend's activities and return on Sunday.
